Our kids CrossFit classes will help teach your kids proper techniques and skills that will set them up for a lifetime of proper fitness. The classes will also be filled with fun activities that will keep them healthy and active!
Our kid’s kickboxing class teaches basic Kickboxing, cardio calisthenics, punching, kicking, and elbow strikes, partner drills, and pad work in addition to core strengthening exercises.
Our kids classes are available from 5-11 years old.
If your child is between the age of 12-17 then you can sign them up for our Youth membership where they will have access to our normal classes!
Currently we are offering kids classes evenings Mon-Fri at 5:15PM and Saturdays 9AM. Class times are subject to change so make sure you view our live schedule on our website.
